PAYMENTS:
Deposit is due at the time of booking ($150). Reservations are not finalized until deposit payment is made. Full payment has to be made by 6pm Central time a day before the event.
RULES:
Fire permitting is non-refundable or transferable through the Fire Department. Permit cost is included in our package pricing. In the event of inclement weather, high winds, high tide, turtle nesting, access closures etc., and we are unable to provide our services, you will receive a full refund minus $150 deposit (cost of beach bonfire permit). This deposit is non-refundable, rain or shine.
The Fire Department issues only certain number of permits per access, per night. Permitting is limited and not always guaranteed.
To ensure the date and access of your choice as best we can, we purchase permits 2 weeks prior to reservation. If you book under two weeks in advance, a permit is purchased at the time of booking. If we are unable to pull the permit to the access of your choice, we will contact you to go over alternate locations and date options.
RESCHEDULING:
Rescheduling is permitted based on our availability and permitting availability. As we book up in advance, reschedule availability is not always guaranteed. As permitting is non-refundable or transferable, rescheduling, for any reason, even in the events of inclement weather, requires an additional permit. A reschedule fee of $100 is due prior to purchasing a new permit.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancelations made by Cloud9 beach bonfires llc will receive a full refund.
Cancelations made by a customer over 24 hours before the event will receive a full refund minus $150 deposit upon cancelation.
Cancelations made by a customer under 24 hours to the reservation will be charged $100 cancelation fee, and will receive a full refund minus $150 deposit and $100 cancelation fee.
INCLEMENT WEATHER, TURTLE NESTING, BURN BANS:
High winds, high chances of rain, high tides, burn ban and turtle nesting will cause cancelation. As those changes in weather conditions and turtles laying eggs are out of our control, same day cancelations may occur. It is not common but can happen. If any of the above issues arise, we will do our best to find a solution with a location change, start time change or date change. Please note that any location changes, even due to weather, will be considered a reschedule. Reschedule requires a new permit to be obtained thru Fire Department.
We check the weather daily and hourly. If there is a high chance of rain that can affect your bonfire, we will contact you via phone or email to go over other options.
